Walking Football

We are delighted to announce that we are working in partnership with Essex FA to create Peaceful Place's  first ever 'Walking Football' team.

​

Walking football has become increasingly popular in the last few years. It is a standard game of football where players simply walk instead of run.

 

We are a competitive group of people and great sport enthusiasts so our biggest challenge will be to slow down and learn to walk before we run. 

 

We have yet to agree  a name for our team as 'peaceful people' might not evoke the fear we need to instil in our opposition!

Looking forward to working with Essex FA to get our team to championship levels.
